A long time ago in a land far, far away (depending on when
and where you're reading this, of course), a preacher
gave a sermon. The sermon was about the so-called 'thief on
the cross,' and it conveyed the core message of the gospel of
Christ: a bad person finding unconditional acceptance, love
and life in God. After said sermon, a member of his congregation
said, 'you should write that down in a book somewhere.' So
he did. 'Good People Don't Need Jesus (But You Do)' is
a bad person's story of what it means to follow a very, very
good God.
